Overview
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Earrings, nose pins, and other intimate jewelry
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Discounted or sale items
- Customized or personalized products
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at bliss@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
- Once approved, we will share the return address.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
(Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment provider.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as processing may take time.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective or damaged upon delivery
- Wrong item delivered
If you need an exchange, email us at bliss@gmail.com with images and order details.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
Shipping for Returns
Send your product to the address we provide after approval. Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
